NOTICE OF MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas will
hold a meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Februan, 26, 2004, at the Westlake Town Hall, 2650 J.T.
Ottinger Road, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Revie-,v and approve the minutes of the meeting held on July 10, 2003,
3. Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding a preliminary plat for 13.629
acres located at the south east corner of J.T. Ottinger Road and Dove Road.
4. Consider and take any appropriate action regarding a final plat for 11.629 acres located at the
south east corner of J.T. Ottinger Road and Dove Road.
5. Conduct a Public Hearing and tape any appropriate action regarding an amendment to the
comprehensive plan to adopt a new land use map.
6. Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding an amendment to the zoning
and concept plan requirments for PD -3-4-
7, Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding an amendment to the zoning
and concept plan requirements for PD -3-3.
8. Conduct a Public Hearing and take any appropriate action regarding an amendment to the zoning
and concept playa requirements for PD -3-5.
9. Adjournment.
