TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas
will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2000, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, to the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider adding private water wells as a specific use permit in
the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the Town.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an application for the replating of 55.397 acres located
at 2 West Kirkwood Blvd. filed by Maguire Partners Solana Limited Partnership.
4. Adjournment
