Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas will hold a public
hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2001, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana,
in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on May 10, 2001.
3. Consider a final plat filed by Randy and Sherry Reed for property located at 1480 Dove Road.
4. Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing to consider an application for a private water well
located at 1831 River Oaks, filed by Randy and Sherry Reed.
5. Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing to consider amending the Planned Development
Supplement of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance by amending Article VI, Lighting Standards.
b. Adjournment.
