NOTICE OF METING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas
will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2000, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda:
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Unified Development Code
concerning Article III, Zoning District Map, Subsection 11 and Section 3, Purpose of Zoning
Districts and Official Zoning Map, Article IV, Permissible Uses, and Article V, Zoning District
Development Standards.
3. Report from Hillwood Development Corporation regarding the status of the interchange at
Westlake Parkway and State Highway 114 and design standards for the Circle T Ranch.
4. Adjournment

Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, May 15, 2000, at 5:00 p.m.,
under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
