NOTICE OF
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas will hold
a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2001, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on March 8, 2001.
3. Presentation by Hillwood Development Corp. regarding the entryway features at Westlake Parkway
and State Highway 114.
4. Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing to consider approving a preliminary plat
filed by Randy and Sherry Reed regarding 20.157 acres located at 1480 Dove Road.
5. Conduct a staff presentation to consider approving a final plat filed by W.B. Texas Resort
Communities for Vaquero Phase II Residential.
6. Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing to consider the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance by amending Article IV, Permissible Uses by designating zoning districts and conditions
under which private clubs are permitted.
7. Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing to consider amending the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance by amending Article IV, Permissible Uses by designating zoning districts and
conditions under which lighted tennis facilities and other similar recreation facilities are permitted.
8. Adjournment
