NOTICE OF MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake, Texas will
hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2001, at the Westlake Town Hall, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas, to consider the following agenda
1. Meeting called to order and announce a quorum.
2. Review and approve minutes of the regular meeting held on January 11, 2001.
3. Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing and consider a rezoning of 4.747 acres
known as Vaquero, Arthur Addition located west of future Precinct Line Road.
4. Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing and consider a replat of 22.180 acres
known as Vaquero - Residential Phase 1 located west of future Precinct Line Road.
5. Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing and consider a preliminary plat for
105.571 known as Vaquero, Arthur Addition located south of Vaquero Phase 1 and west of future
Precinct Line Road.
6. Conduct a staff presentation and consider a final plat for 105.571 acres known as Vaquero, Arthur
Addition located south of Vaquero Phase 1 and west of future Precinct Line Road.
7. Adjournment
I certify that the above notice was posted on the front door of the Town Hall of the Town of Westlake, 3
Village Circle, Suite 207, Westlake, Texas, on Monday, February 5, 2001, at 5:00 p.m., under the Open
Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
