NOTICE OF REGULAR ?`MEETING
TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS:
Notice is hereby given that the Board Of Aldermen of the
Town of Westlake, Texas will meet at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 7th
day of May, 1990, at the Dudley Ranch in the Town of
Westlake, Texas for the purpose of considering the follow-
ing agenda:
1. Canvass the returns of the election held on May 5, 1990 .
2 . Administer Oath Of Office to successful candidates .
3. The Board Of Aldermen will convene in executive session
pursuant to Article 6252-17, Sections 2 (e) and 2 (f)
Vernons Annotated Texas Statutes to discuss the
following:
A. Discuss the acquisition of real estate for the
construction of State Highway 170 and the relocation
of U.S. 377 ; and
B. Consult with the Town attorney in regard to contem-
plated litigation concerning the acquisition of real
estate for the construction of State Highway 170 and
the relocation of U.S. 377 .
4. Consider an agreement between the Hillwood/Freeway Lim-
ited and the Town Of Westlake for reimbursement of
costs and acquisition expenses for the right of way for
the construction of State Highway 170 and the relocation
of U. S . Highway 377 and authorizing the Mayor to execute
same.
5. Consider a Resolution authorizing the condemnation of
approximately 41. 715 acres of land in Tarrant and
Denton Counties.
6 . Consider a Resolution authorizing the condemnation of
approximately 0. 233 acres of land in Denton County, Texas .
7. Consider an Ordinance abolishing Lake Turner MUD No. 2.

8. Consider an Ordinance abolishing Lake Turner MUD No. 3 .
9 . Appoint a Mayor Pro Tem.
