NOTICE OF PLANNING & ZONING MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town
of Westlake, Texas will meet at 6:30 p.m. on the 13th day of February, 1991, at the
offices of Bradley Bradley & Beuttenmuller, Towers at Williams Square, 5215 North
O'Connor, Suite 300, Irving, Texas 75039, for the purpose of considering the
following:
1. The application of Lyda Hunt-Bunker Trust, Houston B. Hunt; Lyda
Hunt-Bunker Trust, Ellen F. Hunt; and Lyda Hunt-Bunker Trust, Elizabeth B. Hunt for
a zoning change on the property describer) on the attached Exhibit A, from "P" -
Planned Office Park to "I" - Industrial District.
2. The application of Lyda Hunt-Bunker Trust, Houston B. Hunt; Lyda
Hunt-Bunker Trust, Ellen F. Hunt; and Lyda Hunt-Bunker Trust, Elizabeth B. Hunt for
a variance of the applicable building height to any height not to exceed 275 feet.
