NOTICE OF PLANNING & ZONING MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of
Westlake, Texas will meet at 5:00 p.m. on the 16th day of January, 1991, at the offices
of Bradley Bradley & Beuttenmuller, Towers at Williams Square, 5215 North
O'Connor, Suite 300, Irving, Texas 75039, for the purpose of considering the
following:
1. Discussion with representatives of the Circle T Ranch concerning plans for
development of the Ranch.
2. Consider amendments to Ordinance No. 44, the Ordinance creating the
Planning and Zoning Commission.
3. Discuss process for developing a new comprehensive zoning ordinance for
the Town.
