PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE
TO: THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE
Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the Town of Westlake to be held at 5 : 00 p.m. on
Monday, December 16, 1985 at Paigebrooke Farm (Bradley Ranch) .
Items to be considered at the meeting are:
1. Request of International Business Machines Corporation
to rezone a certain 44 .851 acre tract of land situated
in the C.M. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1510 and T.W.
Mann Survey, Abstract No. 1107, both of Tarrant County,
Texas, from "P" - Office Park to "PH" - Office Park and
Hotel .
2. Consideration of a recommendation to the Westlake Board
of Aldermen concerning the installation of a traffic
signal light at the intersection of State Highway 114
and Precinct Line Road in the Town of Westlake.
3 . Consideration of a prelimintary plat for a development
to be known as "Cobblestone, " submitted by Sandlin
Homes, Inc.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission
of the Town of Westlake will conduct a public hearing at
5: 00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 1985 at Paigebrooke Farm
(Bradley Ranch) to consider the request of International Business
Machines Corporation to rezone a certain 44. 851 acre tract of
land situated in the C.M. Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1510 and
T.W. Mann Survey, Abstract No. 1107, both of Tarrant County,
Texas, from "P" - Office Park to "PH" - Office Park and Hotel.
