TO: THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing of the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake to be held at 5:00 p.m.
on Monday, February 10, 1986 at Paigebrooke Farm (Bradley Ranch) ,
to consider the application of International Business Machines
Corporation to make permanent the currently zoned ""PH" - Planned
Office Park and Hotel" designation applicable to a certain 44. 759
acre tract of land situated in the J. Medlin Survey, Abstract
Number 1958, the U. P. Martin Survey, Abstract Number 1015 , the
J. B. Martin Survey, Abstract Number 1134, and the T. W. Mann
Survey, Abstract Number 1107 , all of Tarrant County, Texas.
Posted at 7 : 00 p.m. this 20th day of January, 1986 .
