CALL TO ORDER. 2. CITIZENS' PRESENTATIONS. This is an opportunity for citizens to address the Board on any matter whether or not it is posted on the agenda. The Board cannot by law take action nor have any discussion or deliberations on any presentation made to the Board at this time concerning an item not listed on the agenda. Any item presented may be noticed on a future agenda for deliberation or action. 3. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A WESTLAKE ACADEMY PARENT TO SERVE AS A MEMBER OF THE HEAD OF SCHOOL SEARCH COMMITTEE AND APPOINT A WESTLAKE ACADEMY BOARD MEMBER OR PARENT AND A WESTLAKE ACADEMY FACULTY MEMBER TO SERVE AS ALTERNATE MEMBERS. 4. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORMATION OF A CAMPUS LEADERSHIP TEAM. 5. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSED 2008-2009 SCHOOL CALENDAR. 6. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR AN EXPANSION AMENDMENT TO THE WESTLAKE ACADEMY CHARTER THAT WOULD ADD ADDITIONAL GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS. 7. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE 2008 BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING SCHEDULE. 8. CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed below are considered routine by the Board and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence. A. Review and approve minutes of the School Board of Trustees meeting held on December 10, 2007. B. Review and approve minutes of the School Board of Trustees/Board of Aldermen special meeting held on December 15, 2007. C. Review and approve any outstanding bills. 9. ADJOURNMENT.
