T. Ottinger Road, the dual -use easement will revert to a single -use easement for telecommunications use (duct bank). 41 Additional stipulations added by P &Z Commission, con't • Site Plan: Li htin — Lighting for the construction offices, staging areas and any material storage will comply with the Town of Westlake requirements without violation of OSHA regulations. 42 4/13/2009 21 Additional stipulations added by P &Z Commission, con't Site Plan: Building Design/Screening Fence o While the Data Center is not compliant with horizontal and vertical articulation as required, the footprint of the building is acceptable with the exterior elevations as presented. Approval is recommended since vertical articulation would only result in a taller building and the presented mixture of materials, colors, and textures used on the exterior walls provides a visual articulation that meets the spirit and intent of the Code. 43 Additional stipulations added by P &Z Commission, con't • Site Plan: Building Design/Screening Fence con't o In addition to any approved fencing requirements found in the PD 3 -12 and/or Westlake Code of Ordinances, the applicant may use black vinyl coated chain- link fencing with evergreen vegetation to cover the fencing around the Data Center only. 44 4/13/2009 22 Future steps: • Final Plat — to be submitted for review at later date; each lot within the tract is required to be platted prior to issuance of any building permit. • Permitting — Building permits for work to begin on the structures. 45 4/13/2009 23
