Water Conservation Efforts Objective 1.7: Develop water conservation messages for landscaping and the use of xeriscaping in neighborhoods and common areas. Develop plant listing for landscape ordinance. Integrate input from resident master gardeners to enhance conservation and landscaping recommendations. Estimated Completion Date: Spring, 2010 Objective 1.8: Assist Academy with water conservation, protection, and production education by speaking to students and arranging field trips to water and wastewater treatment facilities. HIGH QUALITY SERVICES DELIVERY COUPLED WITH FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP Research available revenue resources to offset the cost of providing services; continue to provide outstanding government administrative support services while working within the municipal budget.
