Availability & Rental Requirements
•Sunday ~ 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
•Limited to Westlake Resident(s)
•Cafeteria Area and Performance Hall
•Must follow all applicable guidelines, laws,
etc.
Deposit Fees
•$500 – one day rental ~ Cafeteria Area
•$1,000 – one day rental ~ Cafeteria Area and
Performance Hall
•$2,000 – extended commitment ~ Cafeteria
Area and Performance Hall
•Fully refundable with no damage to Facility
Rental Fees
•Two (2) hour min. – Six (6) hour max.
•Goal is full cost recovery (electricity, staff, etc.)
•On-site Town representative additional per
hour fee
Cleaning & Staffing
•Responsibility of person renting Facility
•Town will provide necessary cleaning supplies
•Town representative to be on-site during use
of the Facility
•Decorations
•Tobacco/Alcohol/Pet
•Check-out process
