• Recycle education program quarterly to increase recycle
• Annual Recycle Education w /students at Westlake Academy
• Bulk /Brush would continue 2x's monthly

• Less wear & tear on streets
• Fewer trucks will result in less air pollution
• No increase to residents until annual 2012 increase
