Assumptions:
1. Current residential valuations increase 4% annually (inflation plus new improvements)
2. Current commercial valuations increase 2% annually, plus estimated improved value of ongoing projects
3. Commercial personal property valuations increase at 2% annually, plus estimated increases from new development at Deloitte and Fidelity Phase 11.
4. Agriculture valuations increase 4% annually
5. This value represents 20% of incomplete or contested property (% suggested by TAD); this amount is appreciated 4% annually
6. Denton County Taxable Property is assumed to be 2% higher than the previous year, and is appreciated 2% annually
7. 90% Fidelity Phase I tax abatement/rebate until mid•2011 under 2000 economic development agreement
