1, CALL TO ORDER.
Chairman Redding called the meeting to order at 6.54 p.m.
2. REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON AUGUST
27,2007.
Chairman Redding introduced the item and asked for a motion.
MOTION: Member Corson made a motion to approve the minutes as presented.
Member Steger seconded the motion. The motion carried by a vote of 5- .
3. CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION
REGARDING AN APPLICATION, V- -01, FILED BY WB TEXAS RESORT
COMMUNITIES UE TING A VARIANCE REGARDING THE TIME
RESTRICTION ON A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE LOCATED T 14

Chairman Redding introduced the item.
Mr. Steve Yetts, WB "Texas Resorts Communities, addresses) the Board regarding the
item and explained that they are requesting a variance to allow the use of a temporary

structure in use currently as an information center and sales office for properties in
Vaquero.
Member Corson recommended that the variance be granted for a one year time period as
the FM 1938 construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2008.
Chainuan Redding opened the public hearing.
There being no one requesting to speak, Chairman Redding closed the public hearing and
asked for a motion.
MOTION: Member Corson made a motion to approve the variance request for a time
period of one year to allow for a temporary structure to be located at 1405
Fountain Grass Court. Member Maynard seconded the motion. The
motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
4. ADJOURNMENT.
There being no further business to come before the board, Member Steger adjourned the
meeting at 7:05 p.m.
Approved by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on October 26, 2009.
