MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
March 16, 2000

Commissioner Brown opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Item #2: Conduct a PUBLIC HEARING to consider a preliminary plat for PD 3-1 filed by W B
Texas Resort Communities, L.P. concerning approximately 451.12 acres adjacent to proposed
Precinct Line Road, south of Dove Road. The Public Hearing was opened at 7:31 p.m. Chuck Stark,
the Town Engineer, told the Commission that the staff recommended approval. Melanie
Vanlandingham, the Town Landscape Architect, outlined the open space and trail system at the
Commission's request. Roy Wilshire of Kimley Horn and Associates, Inc. spoke for the applicant. As
no one wished to address the Commission the Public Hearing was closed at 5:11 p.m. After a short
question and answer session there was a motion by Commissioner Barry, seconded by Commissioner
Sanden, to recommend approval of the preliminary plat to the Board of Aldermen.
The motion carried unanimously.
Item #3: Motion by Commissioner Sanden, seconded by Commissioner Barry, to adjourn.
The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:14 p.m.
