MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
March 14, 2002

Item #1: Commissioner Barry opened the meeting at 7:33 p.m.

Item #2: Motion by Commissioner Sanden, seconded by Commissioner Parchman, to approve the minutes
of the regular meeting held on October 22, 2001 as presented. There was no discussion and the motion
carried unanimously.
Item #3: Conduct a Public Hearing to consider an application for a specific use permit filed by W.B. Texas
Resort Communities for a liquor license at 2300 Vaquero Club Drive. Commissioner Barry opened the
_iblic hearing. Mr. Petty explained this item to the Commission. Steve Yetts of W.B. Texas Resort
ommunities was present representing the applicant, The public hearing was closed and there was a motion
by Commissioner Sanden, seconded by Commissioner Parchman, to recommend approval of this item to the
Board of Aldermen. There was no discussion and the motion carried unanimously.
Item #4: Motion by Commissioner Parchman, seconded by Commissioner Sanden, to adjourn.
The motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 7:39 p.m..
