MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC FEARING
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
March 8, 2001
Present: Allen Heath, Vice -Chairman

Item #1: Commissioner Heath opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Item #2: Motion by Commissioner Barry, seconded by Commissioner Sanden, to approve the minutes of the
regular meeting held on February 8, 2001, with one minor correction as stipulated by Commissioner Heath.
There was no discussion and the motion carried unanimously.
Item #3: Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing to consider a special use permit
plication filed by WB Texas Resort Communities to drill a private water well. Mr. Boyle, the Town
, ttorney explained this item to the Commission. The Public Hearing was opened at 7:34 p.m. Frank Abbott
of Kimley Horn was present representing the applicant. After a short question and answer session there was
a motion by Commissioner Bang, seconded by Commissioner Sanden, to close the Public Hearing. The
motion carried unanimously and the Public Hearing was closed at 7:36 p.m.. There was a motion by
Commissioner Barry, seconded by Commissioner Sanden, to recommend approval to the Board of
Aldermen. There was no discussion and the motion carried unanimously.
Item 94: Conduct a staff presentation followed by a Public Hearing to consider a preliminary plat filed by
Randy and Sherry Reed regarding 20.157 acres located at 1480 Dove Road. This preliminary plat has been
withdrawn.
Item #5: Motion by Commissioner Bary, seconded by Commissioner Sanden, to adjourn.
The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:38p.in.
