MINUTES OF THE MEETING
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
September 20, 1999
Present: Bill Greenwood, Chairman
Allen Heath, Member
Sharon Sanden, Member
Buddy Brown, Member
Hank Barry, Member
Dennis Wilson, Town Planner
Ginger Crosswy, Town Secretary
Absent: No one.
Chairman Greenwood opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Item #2: Consider and take action on a PD site plan submitted by HKS, Inc. concerning the Fidelity
project. John Hesseler of HKS, Inc. presented the PD site plan to the Commission. After a lengthy
question and answer session there was a motion by Commissioner Brown, seconded by
Commissioner Heath, to approve the PD site plan as presented.
The motion carried unanimously.
Item 93: Motion by Commissioner Heath, seconded by Commissioner Barry, to adjourn.
The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
