OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Chairman Greenwood opened the meeting at 7:05 p.m.

Item 42: Presentation from John Hesseler of HKS, Inc. concerning road issues related to the Fidelity
Investments project located at 2275 Precinct Line Road. Mr. Hesseler explained the variance being
requested and the reason for the request. Fidelity would like to include curbs instead of drainage
swales on their streets in some areas of their project. This would be to limit the number of trees
having to be removed. There was a question and answer session and much discussion concerning this
issue. This item will be on the agenda for the Board of Aldermen meeting on June 14, 1999.
Item 43: Motion by Commissioner Heath, seconded by Commissioner Sarah Brown, to adjourn.
The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
