MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE PLANNING ,AND ZONING COMMISSION
January 18,1999

Larry Clark, Building Inspector

Absent: No one
Chairman Greenwood opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Item #2: Tom Holt and John Hessler of HKS gave a presentation to the Commission concerning the
plans for the first phase of the Fidelity project and the scheduled dates that packages will be filed
with the Town.
Item #3: Motion by Commissioner Buddy Brown, seconded by Commissioner Redding, to adjourn.
The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:08 p.m.
