At 5:00 p.m. today, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the
Town of Westlake conducted a public hearing concerning the
application of International Business Machines Corporation to
rezone a certain 44.851 acre tract of land situated in the C.I.
Throop Survey, Abstract No. 1510 and T.W. Mann Survey, Abstract
No. 1107, both of Tarrant County, Texas, from "P" - Office Park
to "PH" - Office Park and Hotel.
The Commission unanimously voted to recommend approval of
the requested change.
