West Lake Manning and Zoning Committee met November 18, 1983 for a conceptual
session with I.A. and the Zoning Gommittee.
Present were Scott Calhoun and Mike Porter for I.A., Bill Foster, Scott Bradley and
B.J. Minyard fromWest Lake. Bill Nelson from Nelson Engineering and Connie Wkite and
Tracy Kunkel for Tropky Clib.
The Plan for Tke Greens of Trophy Club was presented. This will be an apartment complex
with its own pool and tennis court and club house,. Middle sized units will rent for
about $550.00 a month.

The plan for Trophy Club Plantatioy, was presented. This is the same plan that was
presented 9-7-83* except that there are now 45 buildings, instead of 40 and there will
be a total of 180 units, instead of 160. The buildings are the same. 'here will
be 7.94 parking spaces per unit, instead of 7.50.
Discussion was held on play area, fire stations, schools, bridal paths and teeny other
area for improvement in Tr6phy Club. the big discussion was on safety of the hwya
and the people getting on and off the hwy. Scott Bradley said that there would have
to be some changes made for the traffic problems. Density was also diesaussed.
The problem of fire fighting access was also discussed.
The recommendation was made for further study of the access problem on to the hwy. to
be made before the plane were submitted again.
