THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
MARCH 1985 MEETING
The regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission of
the Town of Westlake, Texas was convened at Paigebrooke Farm
(Bradley Ranch) in Westlake, Texas on Thursday, March 28, 1985.
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Scott
Bradley, Chairman. Present representing International Business
Machines Corporation was William E. Walts, II, Esq.
Commissioners William Foster and B. J. Minyard did not appear so
no quorum was present to conduct business. Accordingly,
Mr. Bradley recessed the meeting at 6:30 p.m. without any action
being taken on the agenda.
At the request of International Business Machines
Corporation, Mr. Bradley agreed to reconvene the meeting at
6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 1985, to consider the items on
the agenda posted March 26, 1985. Mr. Bradley indicated he would
post notices of the meeting so that the Commission also could
consider any other matters which may come to the attention of the
Planning & Zoning Commission prior thereto.
