This will confirm that on February 10, 1986 the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the Town of Westlake conducted a public
hearing concerning the application of international Business
Machines Corporation to make permanent the currently zoned "'PH'
- Planned Office Park Hotel" designation applicable to a certain
44.759 acre tract of land situated in the J. Medlin Survey,
Abstract No. 1958, the U. P. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1015,
the J. B. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1134, and the T. W. Mann
Survey, Abstract Number 1107, all of Tarrant County, Texas.
The Commission unanimously voted to recommend that the Board
of Aldermen make permanent the current zoning for such property.
