The Gle.nwyck Board of Dfrectors met with Paul Rostron arid Todd Harmerk uf
Calais Custo Homes to review and discuss the Development they will he
proposing to the Town of Westlake. At their request„ the Board reviewed
plans for Carlyle Court which will rielgtthor the Gleriwyck Community. The.
oard appreciated Caials Custom Homes for suggesting the meeting .nd
reaching out to our Board for nput ndior suggestions.
The Board was impressed with the plans for the ziew!lopment and would like
the Town of Westlake to now that the Gienwyck FlOA is in support of the
project. We are in agmement that the Development will enhance our area of
Westlake and had ri* objections to the plans we reviewed.
