MINUTES OF THE
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
BOARD OF ALDERMEN REGULAR MEETING
November 26, 2007
PRESENT: Mayor Scott Bradley and Aldermen Larry Corson, April Gallagher, Don Redding,
Pete Steger, and Bob Timmerman.
ABSENT: None.
OTHERS PRESENT: Interim Town Manager Joe Hennig, Town Attorney Stan Lowry.
Town Secretary Kim Sutter, Finance Director Debbie Piper,
Recreation and Facilities Director Troy Meyer, and Administrative
Assistant Ginger Awtry.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
Mayor Bradley called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. CITIZENS' PRESENTATIONS.
Mrs. Laura Wheat, 2006 Navasota Cove, Westlake, Texas, read a letter on behalf of the
Westlake Academy Foundation Board of Directors. In the letter, the Westlake Academy
Foundation Board of Directors expressed their need for a firm building and financing plan to
be in place by December 31, 2007, to ensure the completion of the project by January 2009.
Mayor Bradley expressed his appreciation to the Foundation for the efforts.
