TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
BOARD OF ALDERMEN SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 8, 2007
PRESENT: Mayor Scott Bradley and Aldermen Larry Corson, April Gallagher, Pete Steger, and
Bob Timmerman.
ABSENT: Alderman Don Redding.
OTHERS PRESENT: Town Manager Trent Petty, Town Secretary Kim Sutter, Facilities
and Recreation Director Troy Meyer, DPS Director Don Wilson, and
Executive Assistant Ginger Awvtry.
1. CALL TO ORDER.
Mayor Bradley called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. CONSIDER A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE
DEDICATION OF THE ROANOKE [OOF CEMETERY ON J.T. OTTINGER
ROAD TO THE TOWN OF WESTLAKE CONTINGENT UPON NECESSARY DUE
DILIGENCE AND LEGAL REVIEW.
Mayor Bradley introduced the item and asked Mr. Charles Richard Fanning to join him on
the stage.
Mayor Bradley read the special resolution attached to these minutes, to all in attendance.
Signifying the Town's acceptance of the resolution, the following individuals approached
the podium and signed the document: Mr. Charles Richard Fanning, President of the IOOF
Cemetery Association; Mayor Scott Bradley; and Aldermen Larry Corson April Gallagher,
and Pete Steger; Town Manager Trent Petty; and Town Secretary Kim Sutter.
3. ADJOURNMENT.
There being no further business, Mayor Bradley adjourned the meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
