MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
March 24, 2002

Item #1:Mayor Bradley called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. by announcing a quorum, consisting of
Alderman Held, Alderman Brown, Alderman Sparrow and Alderman Redding.
Ttem #2: Consider an Ordinance authorizing the issuance by the Town of a series of certificates of obligation
hd other related matters. There was a motion by Alderman Sparrow, seconded by Alderman Redding, to
adopt Ordinance No, 414. There was no discussion and the motion passed unanimously.
Item #3: There was a motion by Alderman Redding, seconded by Alderman Brown, to adjourn. The motion
carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
