OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN

Item #1:Mayor Bradley called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. by announcing a quorum, consisting of
Alderman Brown, Alderman Sparrow and Alderman Redding.
Item 42: Consider an Ordinance authorizing the issuance by the Town of a series of certificates of obligation
and other related matters. There was a motion by Alderman Sparrow, seconded by Alderman Redding, to
adopt Ordinance. No..41.3. There was no discussion and the motion passed unanimously.
Item 43: There was a motion by Alderman Brown, seconded by Alderman Sparrow, to adjourn.. The motion
carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
