MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
March 2, 2002
Present: Scott Bradley, Mayor
Fred Held, Mayor Pro Tem

Item #1:Mayor Bradley called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon by announcing a quorum, consisting of
Alderman Held, Alderman Brown, Alderman Sparrow and Alderman Frey.
Item #2: Consider notice of intent to reauthorize and reissue for the Town of Westlake, Texas combination
x and limited revenue Certificates of Obligation Series 2002. Mr. Petty and Mr. Boyle explained the
.manges in this item to the Board after which there was a lengthy discussion. There was a motion by
Alderman Frey, seconded by Alderman Held, to adopt Resolution No._ 02-08. After a short question and
answer session the motion passed unanimously.
Item #3: Consider settlement of litigation with Town of Trophy Club, Trophy Club MUD 41 and Trophy
Club MUD #2. Mayor Bradley and Mr. Lowry explained this item to the Board after which there was a
lengthy discussion. There was a motion by Alderman Sparrow, seconded by Alderman Held, to adopt
Resolution No. 02-09. After a short question and answer session the motion passed unanimously.
Item #4: There was a motion by Alderman Held, seconded by Alderman Brown, to adjourn. The motion
carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:22 p.m.
