Item 41:Mayor Bradley called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. by announcing a quorum, consisting of
Alderman Frey, Alderman Brown, and Alderman Redding.
Item #2: Consider an Ordinance convassing the results of the special November 6, 2001, election for the
legal sale of wine for off -premise consumption only. There was a motion by Alderman Redding, seconded
by Alderman Brown, to adopt Ordinance -No -
o. 405 canvassing the election with 40 votes in favor and 5
against. There was no discussion and the motion carried unanimously.
tem 43: Motion by Alderman Redding, seconded by Alderman Frey, to adjourn. The motion carried
unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:01p.m.
