Mayor Bradley called the Board of Aldermen meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. by announcing a quorum
consisting of Alderman Frey, Alderman Loeser, Alderman Redding and Alderman Held.
Item # 1: Consider a resolution authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a contract with Hillwood
Development Corp. concerning the design engineering and construction of the west side pump station
and the Dove Road waterline. Mr. Petty, the Town Manager, explained the importance of this
agreement to the Board. Mr. Petty then stated that on Page 5, Item 5 the percentage should be "6 3/4"
instead of "6", and on Page 6, Item 8 the Exhibits should read "B" instead of "C". It was then
determined that on Page 3, the second sentence should read "Hillwood will provide at its sole cost
any necessary right-of-way, land and water and utility easements." Motion by Alderman Redding,
seconded by Alderman Frey, to adopt Resolution No. 00-1_9 to authorize execution of the agreement
with the above noted corrections.
The motion carried unanimously.
Item #2: Consider an ordinance approving a developers agreement with WB Texas Resort
Communities, L.P. for the development in PD 3-1. Mr. Petty, the Town Manager, spoke to the Board
concerning this item. The following corrections were suggested:
Page 10, Section 3A, A, 3, add the word "public" before "common area".
Page 11, Section 3A, D, 2, add "provided, however, if the Town elects to pursue construction of
Precinct Line Road and within five (5) years after completion of this minor collector, plans are
adopted for the construction of Precinct Line Road consistent with the Town's current Thoroughfare
Plan, no right-of-way shall be returned to the landowner" to the end of the paragraph.
Page 12, Section 3A, E remove #1 and make this all one paragraph. Combine the first and second
sentence to read "The Developer shall construct or cause to be constructed public on-site water and
sewer facilities, including the lines, mains, or improvements constructed or to be constructed within
the boundaries of Pd 3-1, all of which will be dedicated to the Town."

Motion by Alderman Held, seconded by Alderman Redding, to adopt Ordinance No. 360 with the
above mentioned corrections.
The motion carried unanimously.
Item #3: Motion by Alderman Redding, seconded by Alderman Held, to adjourn.
The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
