TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN,
August 17,1999
Present: Scott Bradley, Mayor
Fred Held, Mayor Pro -Tem
Don Redding, Member
Abe Bush, Jr., Member
David Loeser, Member
Bill Frey, Alderman Elect
Ginger Crosswy, Town Secretary
Absent: No one.
Item #1: Mayor Bradley called the Board of Aldermen meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. by announcing a
quorum consisting of Aldermen Loeser, Alderman Bush and Alderman Redding.
Item #2: Motion by Alderman Bush, seconded by Alderman Redding, to adopt Ordinance. _No. 333
canvassing the special election held on Saturday, August 14, 1999, and declaring Bill Freelected to
the vacant seat on the Board of Aldermen.
The motion carried unanimously.
Item #3: The Board convened into executive session at 6:20 p.m. to discuss the appointment of a
Town Manager.
Alderman Held arrived at 6:28 p.m.
Item #4: The meeting reconvened into open session at 8:40 p.m.
Item #5: Motion by Alderman Redding, seconded by Alderman Bush, to adjourn the meeting.
The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:44 p.m.
