MINUTES OF THE MEETING
OF THE CANVASSING AUTHORITY
May 4, 1999
Present: Scott Bradley, Mayor
Abe Bush, Jr., Member
Fred Held, Member

Don Redding, Planning & Zoning Commissioner
Ginger Crosswy, Town Secretary
Absent: Charla Bradshaw, Mayor Pro -Tem

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Bradley at 6:04 p.m. The Board acting as the
canvassing authority canvassed the results of the election that was held on May 1, 1999. The results
were as follows:
Fred Held 79 votes
Don Redding 77 votes
Abe Bush, Jr. 66 votes
Charla Bradshaw 20 votes
The Board then canvassed the results of the special election that was held on May 1, 1999. The
proposition do determine whether the Town will change to a Town Manager form of government
passed as follows:
For 61 votes
Against 8 votes
The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
