MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
JANUARY 28, 1998

Item #1: The public hearing was called to order by Mr. Greenwood at 7:30 p.m.
Item #2: Consider an amended plat for the property located at No. 13 Wyck Hill Lane in the Estates
of Westlake. Mr. Greenwood opened the floor to anyone wishing to speak on this matter. Jimmy
Archie from Realty Capital Corporation told the Commission that this request is only to change the lot
number on the plat from #13 to #12-A. After several questions there was a motion by Mr. Redding,
seconded by Mr. Heath, to recommend to the Board of Aldermen that this request be approved.
Motion carried unanimously.
Item #3: Motion by Mr. Brown, seconded by Mr. Redding, to adjourn.
Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
