MINUTES OF THE
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
APRIL 28, 1997
Present: Scott Bradley, Mayor
Fred Held, Member
Jane Thacker, Town Attorney
Ginger Crosswy, Town Secretary
Absent: Carroll Huntress, Mayor Pro -Tem
Al Olen, Member
Jerry Moore, Member
Howard Dudley, Member
At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Bradley announced that the meeting could not be held since
there was no quorum. He stated that we would wait until 7:45 p.m. to see if any of the
four Aldermen that were absent arrived. At 7:45 p.m. Mayor Bradley apologized to
the audience for the inconvenience and announced that there would be no meeting.
These minutes were never approved by any Board of Aldermen
