REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF ALDERMEN
MARCH 10, 1997

The Executive Session of the meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Mayor Bradley.
The meeting was recessed at 7:02 p.m. and convened into open session at 7:07 p.m.
Item #1: The minutes of the February 10, 1997 regular meeting were approved as presented.
At this time Al Oien made a motion to adjourn this regular meeting until 7:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, March 19, 1997 at the same location here at the Town Hall. At which time, date and
place this regular meeting will be continued including such additional agenda items as may be
properly noticed in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. This motion was then
seconded by Howard Dudley. Fred Held asked what purpose this would serve? Mr. Oien
responded that he was not prepared to answer that question at this time.
Motion carried 3 for
1 against - Fred Held
1 abstention - Jerry Moore
The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
