Minutes of the special meeting, September 25,.1995, held by the
Board of Aldermen for the Town of Westlake, Texas.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scott Bradley
at 7:04 P.M.
Item #1: Motion by Howard Dudley and second by Fred Held to
adopt Resolution 95-5 supporting the City of Southlake's
request to the Texas Department of Transportation to expedite
State Highway 114 improvements.
Motion carried unanimously.
Item #2: Consideration of an interlocal agreement with the Texas
Department of Transportation concerning the raising of the
speed limit on State Highway 170 within the town limits of
Westlake was tabled until the regular meeting next month.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 P.M.
