Minutes of the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Alderman for
the Town of Westlake, Texas.
Present: Mayor Scott Bradley, Mayor Pro -tem Carroll Huntress,
Aldermen: Fred Held, Jerry Moore, Al Oien, Howard
Dudley, Town Attorney Paul Isham.
Absent: None
Item #1: Meeting called to order at 7:06 p.m.
Item #2: Citizens presentations: No one to address the Board.

Item #3: TheBoard recessed into an executive session pursuant to Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code to consult with the Town
Attorney at 7:10 p.m.
The Board reconvened into open session at 7:40 p.m. No
action needed to be taken on matters discussed in executive
session.
Item #4: Motion by Al Oien, seconded by Howard Dudley to adopt
Ordinance #236, annexing approximately 60 acres of the
Circle T Ranch encompassed within Lake Turner Municipal
Utility District No. 3, as authorized by Section 43.071
of the Texas Government Code.
Motion carried unanimously.
Item #5: Motion by Al Oien, seconded by Carroll Huntress to adopt
Ordinance #237, defining the Town's municipal boundaries
and declaring all properties within these boundaries to
be a part of the Town.
Motion carried unanimously.
Item #6: Motion by Howard Dudley, seconded by Fred Held to adopt
Ordinance #238, ratifying all prior annexations.
Motion carried unanimously.
Item #7: The matter on adoption of special building permit fees
was tabled.
Item #8: Motion by Howard Dudley, seconded by Jerry Moore to amend
the Town's building permit fees schedule to reduce fees
for remodeling projects to the fees provided in the Uniform
Building Code, effective July 1, 1995.
Motion carried unanimously.
Item #9: The matter authorizing a regional storm water detention
study for Kirkwood Branch was tabled until next meeting.
Item #10: Motion by Howard Dudley, seconded by Carroll Huntress to
authorize the Mayor to sign the resolutions in appreciation
of our State Senators and State Representatives and mail
same.
Motion carried unanimously.
Item #11: There being no futher business to come before the Board
th meeting was adjourned at 8.20 p.m.
