Minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen for the
Town of Westlake, Texas.
Present: Mayor Scott Bradley, Aldermen: Howard Dudley, Jerry
Moore, Fred Held, Al Oien; Paul Isham, Town Attorney,
Greg Edwards, Town Engineer'
Absent: Mayor Pro -tem, Carroll huntress.
Item #1: Meeting called to order, minutes approved as presented.
Item #2: No citizens to address the Board.
Item #3: Motion by Howard Dudley, seconded by Fred Held to make
a donation to Meals on Wheels in the amount of $2,500.00.
Motion carried unanimously.

Item #4: The Mayor reported that he and the Attorney Paul Isham have
had several meetings with the Alliance Development personnel,
discussing several items, continue to discuss the MUD problems
Item #5: The Mayor reported to the Board the meetings and presented
the Aldermen with a preliminary study on water supply for
the Northeast Tarrant. County.
Item #6: Sewer matters: The Mayor reported on this matter and the
consensus of the Board was to continue with the negotiations
and be sure the line is sufficient in order to take care of
future needs.
Item #8: No other items to be discussed by the Board.
Item #9: The proposal from the Greater East Texas Educational
Authority could not be discussed at this time due to the
lack of information.
Item #10: Meeting adjourned at 7:40 P. M.
