HomeMy WebLinkAbout10-04-93 TC Min43 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS A Regular .Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas was held at 7:00 p.m. on the 4th day of October, 1993 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207, Solana in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The follow- ing were present: Dale L. White, Mayor Alvin Oien, Mayor Pro Tem Sherry Dudley, Alderman Howard Dudley, Alderman Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney Gerry White, Secretary The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. Item #1. Consider a resolution approving a contract with the Town of Trophy Club, Texas for Emergency Law Enforcement Services. Motion made by Alderman Howard Dudley, seconded by Alderman Sherry Dudley to pass and approve Resolution #93-7, a Resolution adopting a contract between the Town of Westlake and the Town of Trophy Club for the provision of Emergency Law Enforcement Services to the Town of Westlake by the Town of Trophy_ Club. Resolution adopted by unanimous vote. Item #2. Consider a resolution approving a contract with the Town of Trophy Club, Texas for Emergency Medical Services. Motion made by Alderman Howard Dudley to pass and approve Resolution #93-8, a Resolution adopting a contract between the Town of Westlake and the Town of Trophy Club, Texas for the provision of Emergency Medical Services to the Town by the Town of Trophy Club. Motion seconded by Alderman Sherry Dudlev and carried by unanimous vote. Item #3. Consider a resolution authorizing a Quit_Claim-_ Deed on State Highway 114 to the State of Texas. Motion made by Alderman Howard Dudley to adopt Resolution #93-9, a Resolution approving a Quit Claim Deed to the State of Texas on property acquired as S.H. 114 Right -0f -Way. Motion seconded by Alder- man Alvin Oien and carried by unanimous vote.
