MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas was held at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd day of Nov-
ember, 1992 at the Westlake Town Hall, 3 Village Circle,
Suite 207, Solana, in the Town of Westlake, Texas. The
following were present:
Dale L. White, Ntayor
Alvin Oien, Mayor Pro Tem
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
Bud Hauptmann, Town Engineer
Gerry White, Secretary
Absent:
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Fred Held, Alderman
Also attending , representing Maguire Thomas were Mr. Tom Allen
and Mr. Ed r-aalts .
Mayor White called the meeting to -order at 7:03 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary,
and approved as read.
Item #1. Discussion regarding the proposed zoning map. There
was a general discussion between those present regarding the
proposed zoning map. No action was taken.
Item #2. Executive Session. The Board convened in Executive
Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Section 2 (e), Vernon's
Annotated Texas Statutes to consult with its attorney in regard
to the lawsuit filed by R. Carter Pate, Trustee, of NBH Liquidat-
ing Trust at 8:28 p.m.
The Board reconvened in Regular Session at 8;52 p.m. There
being no further business to come before the Board the Mayor
adjourned the meeting at 8;52 p.m.
