MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas was held on the 10th day of February, 1992
at the Town Hall of Westlake, 3 Village Circle, Suite 207,
Solana, in the Town of Westlake. The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Alvin Oien, Mayor Pro Tem
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Fred Held, Alderman
Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
Bud Hauptmann, Town Engineer
Gerry White, Secretary
Absent:
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Also in attendance were Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning &
Zoning Commission, B. J. Minyard and Randall Loftis, Planning
& Zoning Commission members. A list of others attending the
Public Hearing is attached to these minutes.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 7:27 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary
and approved as read.
Item #1. Public Hearing to consider a Comprehensive Plan
for the Town of Westlake. Alderman Fred Held moved to continue
the Public Hearing to the March 2, 1992 meeting of the Board
of Aldermen. Motion was seconded by Alderman Sherry Dudley
and carried by unanimous vote.
Item #2. Motion by Alderman Sherry Dudley, seconded by Alder-
man Fred Held to adopt ordinance #195, an Ordinance calling
an election to be held on the 2nd day of May, 1992 to elect
one (1) Mayor and two (2) Aldermen for the Town of Westlake
to two (2) year terms each. Motion carried unanimously.
Item #3. Executive Session. The Board convened in Executive
Session at 7:45 p.m. to consult with its attorneys in regard
to the lawsuit filed byR. Carter Pate, Trustee of the NBH
Liquidating Trust.
The Board reconvened in open meeting at 9:05 p.m. and there

being no further business to come before the Board the
meeting was adjourned.
