TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Special Meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the Town of
Westlake, Texas was held on the 10th day of September, 1991,
at 8:00 a.m. at the Westlake Town Hall. The following were
present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Howard Dudley, Alderman
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Gerry White, Secretary
Paul Isham, Town Attorney
Absent:
Alvin Oien, Alderman
Also Present:
Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning & Zoning
Mavor White called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read.
Item #1. Consider adoption of a Resolution which amends Resolution
#7-91 and clarifies the relationship between Maguire/Thomas
Partners and the State Department of Highways and Public Trans-
portation concerning contributions for purchase of land for S.H. 114.
Motion made by Alderman Howard Dudley, seconded by Alderman Sherry
Dudley to adopt Resolution #9-91, a resolution amending Resolution
#7-91 and clarifying the relationship between Maguire/Thomas
Partners and the State Department of Highways and Public Trans-
portation. The Resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the
meeting was adjourned.
