TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the B oard of Aldermen of the Town of Westlake, Texas
was held on the 9th day of April, 1990, at 7:,00 p.m. at the Dudley Ranch in
the Town of Westlake, Texas. The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Howard Dudley, Mayor Pro Tem
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Alvin Oien, Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Carroll Huntress, Alderman
Gerry White, Secretary
Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
Sanford (Bud) Hauptmann, Town Engineer
Also present:
Scott Bradley, Chairman, Planning & Zoning
B. J. Minyard, Planning & Zoning
Randy Loftis, Planning & Zoning
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 8:15 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as read.
Item #1. Consideration of amendments to the 1988 Uniform Building Code. No
action was taken.
Item #2. Consideration of an ordinance adopting proposed zoning changes in
the Town of Westlake, Texas. Planning and Zoning Commissioner Scott Bradley
reported that following a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the
P&Z unanimously voted to recommend that the Board of Aldermen approve rezoning
certain property within the Town limits to "P" Planned Office Park. Map de-
picting area to be rezoned is attached to and made a part of these minutes.
Motion was made by Alderman Alvin Oien, seconded by Alderman Howard Dudley
to pass and approve Ordinance #180, an ordinance amending Ordinance #49 to
rezone certain properties within the Town limits of Westlake to "P", Planned
Office Park. Following discussion, Alderman Alvin Oien, Alderman Howard Dudley,
Alderman Sherry Dudley and Alderman Jerry Moore voted yes. Alderman Carroll
Huntress voted no. Motion carried by majority of the Aldermen voting yes.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned.
