MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
TOWN OF WESTLAKE, TEXAS
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Aldermen
Westlake, Texas was held on the 5th day of
7:00 p.m. at the Dudley Ranch in the Town
The following were present:
Dale L. White, Mayor
Sherry Dudley, Alderman
Alvin Oien, Alderman
Jerry Moore, Alderman
Gerry White, Secretary
Absent:
Howard Dudley, Mayor Pro Tem
Carroll Huntress, Alderman
Also Present:
of the Town of

Paul C. Isham, Town Attorney
Sanford (Bud) Hauptmann, Town Engineer
Mr. Edward Walts and Mr. Tom Allen, representing Maguire
Thomas/IBM Partners.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 7:00 p.m.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read by the Secretary and
approved as read.
Item #1. Consider approval of the Solana Sports Club site plan.
Motion was made by Alderman Alvin Oien, seconded by Alderman
Jerry Moore to grant the request from Maguire/Thomas Partners
Westlake/Southlake Partnership and to approve the site plan fcr
the Solana Sports Club. Motion was voted on and carried unanimously.
Item #2. Consider approval of an Ordinance regarding the Town's
Municipal Election to be held on May 5, 1990. Motion was made by
Alderman Jerry Moore, seconded by Alderman Alvin Oien to pass and
approve Ordinance #179, an ordinance calling and ordering an
election to be held on the 5th day of May, 1990,.for tIm purpose
of electing a Mayor and two Aldermen for the Town of Westlake for
two (2) year terms each. Motion was voted on and carried unanimously.
Item #3. Old business. No action taken.
There being no further business to come before the Board the
meeting was adjourned.
